Refund Policy

All purchases on Flirtbate are for digital credits and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances, subject to verification:

  • Credits not delivered
    If a payment is successfully completed but the purchased credits are not credited to your wallet within 24 hours, and the issue is confirmed by our system.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge
    If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a verified payment processing error.
  • Successful payment with service inaccessibility
    If a payment is confirmed as successful, but you are unable to access the purchased credits due to a platform-side technical failure, and no credits were used.
  • Gateway-confirmed transaction error
    If EPOCH, UnicornPay, or ForumPay confirms that a transaction failed or was processed incorrectly, but funds were still captured.
  • Unauthorized transaction (verified only)
    If a transaction is determined to be unauthorized after internal review and submission of required documentation.
2. Refund Limitations and Conditions

Refunds may not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Consumed services
    Calls that are answered, connected, or partially completed are considered consumed. Refunds do not apply once a service has been accessed.
  • Used credits
    Refunds do not apply to credits that have been used, in full or in part.
  • User dissatisfaction
    Refunds do not apply to dissatisfaction related to service providers, call experience, or personal expectations after service usage.
  • User-side issues
    Refunds do not apply to issues arising from user devices, connectivity, payment methods, or failure to follow platform instructions.
  • Policy misuse
    Repeated refund requests or abuse of the dispute process may result in account restrictions.
3. Additional Terms
  • Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds are handled in accordance with EPOCH, UnicornPay, and ForumPay processing timelines.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
